Configuring LSI MegaRAID Storage Manager Download for IBM x3650 Server

As a system administrator, I have been tasked with configuring my IBM x3650 server to allow me to manage my RAID arrays using the LSI MegaRAID storage manager software. The goal is to access the ServeRAID M5110e SAS/SATA controller on board the server via a GUI and software similar to the MegaRAID software available for Windows Server machines.

Currently, I have a 16-slot RAID bay set up with four HDDs configured in an array for virtual machine use. My hypervisor of choice is ESXi 6.7, which boots off a USB drive in the hypervisor slot. To work around this issue, I have found that a simple reboot of the machine and disabling of MBam protection allows me to start the MSM software. Unfortunately, it is not possible to create an exception for this by using the 'except previously blocked' feature in MBam.

It's worth noting that this behavior is new with Malwarebytes v3, which blocks the managing software for all MegaRAID cards. This makes it difficult for system administrators like myself to manage our RAID arrays effectively.

By disabling MBam protection and rebooting the machine, I am able to start the MSM software and manage my RAID arrays as needed.
